Accountabilities:
- Optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms by analyzing results and refining targeting, bidding, and optimization strategies.
- Develop actionable insights from campaign data to support client strategies and improve marketing performance.
- Partner with business development teams to create programmatic strategies for prospective clients and new business opportunities.
- Manage client communications through written updates, calls, and meetings, ensuring strong relationships and clear reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated digital advertising solutions across multiple channels.
- Analyze attribution models and third-party analytics data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide decision-making.
- Support media planning decisions, including deal economics, budget allocation, and advertiser investment strategies.
- Manage campaign execution and trafficking processes across relevant advertising platforms and ad servers.
- Stay up to date with emerging programmatic technologies, industry trends, and new optimization methods.
- Mentor and support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Work according to EST time zone requirements to support global operations.
- 3+ years of experience managing programmatic advertising campaigns, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of real-time bidding, digital ad formats including display, video, and CTV, demand-side platforms, and attribution models.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns through DSPs such as DV360, Amazon, and The Trade Desk.
- Experience with the Google Marketing Platform ecosystem and related advertising technologies.
- Familiarity with campaign trafficking tools and ad servers such as CM360.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and use insights to influence business decisions.
- Ability to create high-quality written communications, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Structured approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new technologies and methods to solve complex challenges.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work effectively with international teams.
