This is a highly collaborative and visible role, ideal for a leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is very strategic.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement go-to-market strategies to support business objectives and employee experience. Partner with regional and cross-functional leaders to drive the adoption of initiatives, programs, and best practices. Identify and implement demand tactics to drive pipeline. Monitor field feedback, performance metrics, and engagement levels to identify opportunities for improvement. Serve as a key liaison between field teams and corporate functions to ensure alignment and two-way communication. Lead forums and training initiatives that promote culture, growth, and operational excellence. Act as a trusted partner to sales leadership to align field priorities with corporate strategies. Act as a strategic thought partner to Sales, SDR, and Cloud Engineering leadership to evolve program needs and effectiveness. Responsibilities 7-10+ years of experience in field sales, business development, sales operations, or related leadership roles.Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
