**Introduction**
**Your role and responsibilities**
Senior Developer, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US:
* Perform core critical path components.
* Mentor junior software developers.
* Lead developers on implementation and design discussions.
* Research and define technology solutions.
* Develop solutions focused on driving business outcomes.
* Design and deliver blueprints, signature solutions, application assets, cloud and appliance based offerings.
* Write testable, and efficient codes.
* Design layout/user interfaces.
* Gather and implement specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
* Create and maintain software documentation.
* Maintain, expand, and scale the application on Cloud and On-premise platforms.
* Utilize JavaScript libraries and frameworks, Relational databases, Java Web Programming, Java Programming and object-oriented design, server deployment and environment setup.
Required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or related (employer will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of progressive experience in lieu of a Master's degree) and one (1) year of experience as a Software Developer or related. One (1) year of experience must include utilizing JavaScript libraries and frameworks, Relational databases, Java Web Programming, Java Programming and object-oriented design, server deployment and environment setup. $189592 per year. Full time. H1FX.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
