Accountabilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global compensation strategies, ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, job architectures, and total rewards frameworks that support a high-performance culture.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and data-driven reviews to identify trends and inform reward decisions.
- Partner with People leaders, Finance, and executives to align compensation programs, incentive structures, and workforce planning strategies.
- Serve as a compensation subject matter expert for business partners and recruiting teams, supporting job evaluations, offers, promotions, and compensation adjustments.
- Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit reviews, bonus planning, and equity processes while improving operational efficiency.
- Build compensation analytics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to provide insights into pay equity, workforce trends, and financial impacts.
- Design and manage incentive programs, including short-term incentives, long-term rewards, and recognition initiatives while ensuring proper governance.
- Ensure compliance with compensation regulations, pay transparency requirements, and evolving wage-related legislation.
- Develop compensation education resources and provide training to managers and leaders on compensation philosophy and best practices.
- 10+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related HR disciplines.
- Proven experience building and scaling compensation programs within a fast-growing SaaS or technology company.
- Experience supporting global organizations with 1,000+ employees.
- Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, market benchmarking, salary structures, incentive plans, and pay equity practices.
- Ability to analyze compensation data, forecast workforce costs, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Experience partnering with executive teams and challenging compensation decisions through data and business insights.
- Strong understanding of compensation compliance requirements, including pay transparency regulations.
- Experience with HR systems and compensation platforms; Workday Compensation experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and complex challenges.
- Competitive base salary range of $150,000 – $160,000 with bonus eligibility.
