**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
+ Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ Experience of driving strategic, multi-year initiatives with continuous performance and user experience improvement.
+ Experience in working in marketing, strategic Consulting, sales, or go-to-market.
+ Experience of creating and executing successful marketing strategy and campaigns in business-to-consumer (B2C) or business-to-business (B2B), as well as managing high touch events.
+ Excellent team-work skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
+ Excellent presentation and communication skill with distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills, impeccable business judgement with creative flair to bring fresh ideas into product positioning and marketing campaigns.
**About the job**
Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. **Responsibilities**
+ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, programs and events for the CEE market, providing strategic guidance for launching and growing Google product features and services.
+ Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify key trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in CEE, translating complex data into actionable insights for informed marketing decisions and providing market context for strategic planning.
+ Communicate marketing strategies and campaign results to stakeholders, including sales, product, and leadership teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
+ Develop and execute innovative, medium- to large-scale marketing campaigns across various channels, including physical and digital events, to drive product education, engagement, and adoption.
+ Manage campaign and program budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure optimal return on investment.
