Executive Positioning and External Strategy

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for the REMS CEO’s external presence and thought leadership, ensuring REMS speaks with one voice and on a coherent set of priorities. • serve as the single point of approval for media, speaking, and high-visibility opportunities reaching the CEO, ensuring they align to strategy before they reach his calendar
    • brief and direct the PR agency partne on the specific topics and opportunities that fit the CEO’s positioning strategy, declining coverage and engagements that fall outside it even when available, to protect topical consistency
    • partner with the eminence function on a content and editorial calendar (e.g., LinkedIn) consistent with the CEO’s positioning strategy
    • retain ownership of sequencing and final sign-off on opportunities and content reaching the CEO, so that contributing teams execute against one coordinated strategy rather than competing directly for his time
    • measure and report on the impact of the CEO’s positioning strategy across media, speaking, and eminence channels
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across internal and external platforms
