Our team delivers comprehensive functional screening and characterization of biologics to support discovery and selection of lead candidates. Primary modalities are monoclonal, multispecific, and TCR-mimic antibodies, but also include cell therapies and genetic medicines. As Alloy Tx enters its next phase of growth, we are expanding our capabilities to include mechanistic studies that enhance preclinical development and further advance our translational research efforts.The Role We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Scientist for in vitro screening and pre-clinical development to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will support execution of in vitro functional cell-based assays to evaluate the potency, mechanism of action, and pharmacological properties of biologic therapeutics. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a commitment to scientific excellence, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. You will report to the Associate Director, In Vitro Pharmacology and will work collaboratively in a matrixed environment to drive biologics discovery while supporting rapid decision-making in a fast-moving biotech setting.How You’ll Drive Impact Execute: Perform in vitro characterization and functional assays to screen drug candidate molecules.Develop: Optimize experimental workflows for more efficient and effective data generation.Deliver: Support screening campaigns to meet experimental timelines for monoclonal and multispecific antibodies, as well as TCR-mimic antibodies.Collaborate: Work closely across multi-disciplinary teams in biologics discovery programs spanning all...
