We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Fund Accounting Client Operations Manager to join our Accounting Operations team. This role is located in Wroclaw.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead and develop a team of Fund Accounting Client Managers supporting a range of fund domiciles, client structures, and fund types.
- Own client relationships on behalf of Fund Accounting Operations, serving as a senior internal and external escalation point.
- Deliver high-quality service outcomes against agreed KPIs/SLAs and drive continuous improvement across the client service model.
- Represent Fund Accounting Operations in client service reviews, board meetings, and other governance forums as required.
- Partner with stakeholders across operations, technology, product, risk, and relationship management to resolve issues and enhance the client experience.
- Lead or support key change initiatives, including onboarding, operating model changes, and significant client events.
- Maintain a strong risk and control environment, ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement, standardization, and innovation.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Significant experience in fund accounting, accounting operations, asset servicing, or a related client operations environment.
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including team management, coaching, and talent development.
- Strong client relationship management experience, with the ability to manage senior stakeholder interactions and escalations.
- Proven experience delivering service performance against KPIs/SLAs and driving service improvements.
- Strong understanding of operational risk, controls, and governance in a regulated financial services environment.
- Experience leading or contributing to change initiatives, onboarding activity, and process improvement efforts.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
