A Day in the Life

机械结构工程师（精密小件/力学仿真方向）

岗位职责

负责精密机械小零件、微型结构件的整体结构设计、方案迭代、图纸输出、样品跟进及量产落地，独立完成从概念设计、建模、出图到试产验证的全流程工作。 针对精密零部件开展力学仿真模拟、受力分析、结构强度校核，精准排查零件拉伸、挤压、弯折、疲劳应力、形变等结构风险，输出完整仿真分析报告与优化方案。 结合产品使用工况、装配公差、材料特性，优化精密小件结构，解决零件松动、变形、断裂、装配干涉、尺寸偏差等结构问题，提升产品稳定性与良品率。 跟进行业精密结构设计工艺，沉淀标准化设计经验，持续优化结构设计方案，降本增效。

任职要求

5年及以上精密机械结构设计工作经验，专注小型精密零件、微型结构件设计经验者优先，熟悉精密非标零件、五金小件、塑胶精密件设计逻辑。 熟练使用UG（NX）Creo进行全流程建模、装配、工程图出图，精通UG曲面建模、参数化建模、公差标注等核心功能。 具备扎实的机械力学基础，能够独立完成结构受力分析、强度校核、疲劳分析，熟练使用相关仿真软件开展力学模拟，精准定位结构受力薄弱点并给出整改方案。 熟悉常用金属、塑胶等材料特性，掌握精密零件加工工艺、公差配合、表面处理工艺，能独立处理高精度零部件的设计与量产问题。 精通机械制图标准，能独立输出合规的2D工程图、BOM、检验标准及设计说明书，具备严谨的设计思维和问题排查能力。 具备独立项目推进能力，抗压性强，沟通高效，有医疗器械，齿轮设计，精密设备、仪器配件等精密结构设计经验者优先。
