Job Description:
Role Summary:
The Senior Manager, Treasury Data Product & Liquidity Reporting will lead strategic data delivery initiatives supporting Treasury, Finance, liquidity reporting, and related regulatory and management reporting needs. This role will partner with business, technology, risk, and data management stakeholders to define, deliver, and govern finance data products that support high-quality reporting, analytics, and downstream consumption.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery of Treasury and Finance data products supporting liquidity reporting and strategic data consumption.
• Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements, business rules, mappings, controls, and implementation priorities.
• Apply strong finance data and liquidity reporting knowledge to improve data sourcing, standardization, lineage, and quality.
• Work with technology and data teams to support solution design, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.
• Drive stakeholder alignment, executive communication, and cross-functional execution across complex data initiatives.
• Promote strong data governance, control discipline, and documentation practices.
• Lead and develop team members supporting data product delivery and business analysis activities.
Required Experience:
• Extensive experience in Treasury, Finance, Risk, liquidity reporting, regulatory reporting, or financial services data management.
• Strong knowledge of finance data products, Treasury data, liquidity reporting, and financial instrument data.
• Experience translating reporting and business requirements into data requirements, mapping rules, and delivery specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex data delivery initiatives in partnership with business and technology teams.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience with liquidity risk reporting, balance sheet reporting, LCR or related liquidity metrics.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, governed data products, data consumption layers, or reporting repositories.
• Familiarity with data modeling, data lineage, business intelligence, analytics, and data quality controls.
