This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA
Job Duties:
1. Develop, review, and maintain rolling short-term and mid-term demand forecasts for approximately 5,500 SKUs using historical sales data, seasonality, promotional activity, and
inventory information.
2. Analyze and update demand forecasts for promotional, seasonal, and discounted products by reviewing pricing changes, promotional storefronts, seasonality patterns, sales history, inventory levels, and open purchase orders to support timely replenishment planning.
3. Prepare and maintain demand forecasts for new product introductions, ensuring forecast coverage supports anticipated sales volumes and inventory availability.
4. Monitor forecast performance and conduct forecast accuracy analysis, including variance and root-cause analysis, and prepare routine reports and presentations for supply chain and operations review meetings.
5. Generate ad-hoc demand and sales trend analyses to support short-term operational decisions and ongoing demand planning activities.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, merchandising, marketing, and operations, to align demand forecasts with business activities and inventory
plans.
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to demand planning and supply chain processes, including forecast methodology enhancements and analytical projects to improve forecast reliability and planning efficiency.
Job Requirements
Job entails working with and requires bachelor’s degree in business Analytics or related fields with Candidate must have 1-year professional experience in:
• SQL/ Python
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, index, VBA)
• ERP systems
• Business intelligence and visualization tools (Tableau)
• Statistical forecasting and demand planning tools (IRS)
• Statistical forecasting and demand analysis
• Inventory planning and forecast accuracy monitoring
• Data analysis and reporting
• Cross-functional collaboration and communication
Employers will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. Employer will accept a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisite fields followed by 1 years of experience in the position Demand Planner or related position
Work Time: M-F; 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. 40 hrs./week.

Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $71,718
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
