  • Coordinate manufacturing readiness, material availability, production schedules, budgets, and deployment planning.

  • Proactively identify program risks, assess operational impacts, and drive mitigation strategies across engineering and supply chain organizations.

  • Ensure engineering changes, schedule adjustments, and operational decisions are effectively communicated and executed.

  • Support compliance with internal governance processes and operational readiness requirements.

Governance & Program Management

  • Develop and manage detailed program schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.

  • Facilitate cross-functional readiness reviews and phase gate meetings.

  • Track program health using metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting.

  • Drive issue resolution by coordinating stakeholders across multiple organizations.

  • Ensure launch criteria and operational readiness requirements are successfully achieved prior to production release.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Manage products beyond initial launch through sustaining engineering, lifecycle planning, and end-of-life activities.

  • Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), product revisions, supplier transitions, and manufacturing updates.

  • Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to qualify alternate sources and reduce supply risk.

  • Lead operational planning for stop-ship actions, inventory disposition, product transitions, and end-of-life execution.

  • Support continuous improvement of lifecycle management processes and operational governance.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with: Product Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Planning, Procurement, Quality, Logistics and Data Center Operations

  • Influence technical and operational decisions that improve manufacturability, scalability, quality, and deployment readiness.

  • Present recommendations and trade-offs to senior leadership to support timely decision-making.

  • Simplify complex technical and operational issues into actionable business updates.

  • Maintain clear communication throughout all phases of program execution.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve NPI execution, governance, operational readiness, and lifecycle management processes.

  • Develop standardized tools, templates, dashboards, and best practices supporting scalable program execution.

  • Leverage AI and automation tools, where appropriate, to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and enhance decision-making.

  • Drive lessons learned and post-launch reviews to improve future product introductions.

  • Promote operational excellence through process optimization and data-driven decision making.
