Prepares and serves food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the FANS managers. Delivers food and beverage to catered functions. Sets up functions, serves at functions, breaks down the set-up, and leaves the area neat and clean, returns tables to their proper position, returns left over food and equipment to the Commissary in a timely manner.
