Accountabilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid acquisition strategies that drive customer growth, revenue performance, and long-term business objectives across multiple brands.
- Lead the optimization and transformation of paid media programs by improving efficiency, scalability, and overall marketing performance.
- Manage strategic investment decisions across campaigns, channels, audiences, and brands to maximize return on marketing spend.
- Own Google Ads strategy and performance across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping, and other campaign formats.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, competitive trends, and attribution data to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
- Build full-funnel acquisition strategies across paid search, paid social, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, SEO, CRO, lifecycle marketing, and other channels.
- Evaluate channel performance and adjust investments based on business impact, customer behavior, and growth opportunities.
- Conduct account audits, testing programs, and optimization initiatives across campaigns, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
- Ensure operational excellence through accurate campaign execution, tracking integrity, reporting, and continuous improvement processes.
- Manage a significant annual paid media budget while balancing revenue growth, profitability, customer acquisition costs, and long-term efficiency.
- Create executive-level reporting and recommendations that translate performance data into actionable business strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, SEO, CRO, Lifecycle Marketing, Analytics, Finance, and external platform partners.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging marketing technologies to improve analysis, forecasting, automation, and workflow efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience managing complex paid acquisition programs with direct ownership of revenue growth and performance outcomes.
- Expert-level experience managing Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, and Shopping campaigns.
- Proven success improving underperforming paid media programs through optimization strategies rather than increased advertising spend.
- Deep expertise in full-funnel paid media strategy, including campaign architecture, attribution models, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Strong understanding of how paid media, SEO, CRO, lifecycle marketing, and analytics work together to improve customer acquisition.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes, uncover growth opportunities, and translate insights into business recommendations.
- Experience with GA4, Shopify, attribution platforms, reporting tools, and AI-enabled marketing solutions.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
