Accountabilities:
- Lead Discovery and Delivery initiatives, adapting the design process according to squad needs and product challenges.
- Design experiences for complex multichannel service workflows, reducing friction and improving critical customer journeys.
- Structure and validate solutions iteratively through research, experimentation, and continuous learning.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to support product decisions.
- Use adoption, engagement, conversion, satisfaction metrics, and customer feedback to measure design impact.
- Map user journeys, identify experience improvement opportunities, and contribute to increasing product value perception.
- Influence product roadmap decisions through data, research insights, and structured design arguments.
- Contribute to the evolution of Design culture by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and supporting team development.
- Solid experience as a Product Designer, participating throughout the full Discovery and Delivery lifecycle.
- Experience designing Web products, especially applications with complex business rules and workflows.
- Strong knowledge of UX Research methods, including qualitative and quantitative approaches.
- Experience with information architecture, journey mapping, and Service Design.
- Experience influencing product strategy and roadmap decisions through research, data, and structured recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, prototyping, or design process optimization.
- Experience working in SaaS B2B environments is a plus.
- Experience contributing to Design Systems or improving Design maturity within product organizations is a plus.
- Interest in sharing knowledge through communities, events, articles, mentoring, open-source initiatives, or similar activities is a plus.
