Accountabilities:

    As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions while driving automation and AI adoption across business processes.

    • Design, develop, document, test, deploy, maintain, and support ServiceNow solutions, enhancements, and platform changes based on business requirements.
    • Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform through scripting, workflows, integrations, automation, and other development activities.
    • Implement AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities, including intelligent automation, virtual assistants, predictive solutions, AI search, and generative AI features.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve service delivery, enhance user experiences, and increase operational efficiency.
    • Integrate ServiceNow solutions with enterprise applications, data sources, and third-party systems using APIs and integration frameworks.
    • Support all stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and optimization.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
    • Participate in process improvement workshops and provide technical recommendations regarding platform capabilities and AI solutions.
    • Develop technical documentation, including architecture decisions, implementation details, risks, issues, and enhancement records.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow functionality, integrations, workflows, automation, and AI implementations.
    • Partner with operational teams to ensure smooth transitions from development into production support.
    • Ensure all solutions align with security, privacy, governance, and compliance standards.
    • Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and technical partners throughout delivery initiatives.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a skilled ServiceNow developer with strong experience in platform configuration, automation, integrations, and emerging AI technologies.

      • University degree or college diploma in computer science, information technology, business, public administration, statistics, or a related field.
      • Minimum of three years of experience developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
      • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, SAM Pro, HRSD, and SecOps.
      • Experience implementing, configuring, or supporting AI and automation capabilities within ServiceNow, including Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, AI Search, or similar technologies.
      • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, scripting, APIs, integrations, and enterprise application development.
      • Understanding of generative AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), prompt engineering, and AI governance principles.
      • Ability to analyze data and technical information to support problem-solving and system design decisions.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
      • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders and leading technical discussions.
      • Ability to identify, design, and implement automation and AI solutions that improve business processes.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
