Accountabilities:

    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities among medium and large enterprises through strategic market mapping and proactive prospecting.
    • Own the complete hunting cycle, including initial outreach, discovery meetings, solution presentations, negotiations, and contract closing.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and CFOs.
    • Conduct consultative sales processes by understanding customer business challenges and connecting them to relevant technology solutions.
    • Develop and present high-value proposals involving cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data solutions.
    • Lead complex, long-term sales negotiations while coordinating with technical specialists and internal teams to design effective solutions.
    • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance indicators to ensure predictable revenue generation and achievement of new customer acquisition targets.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities to identify new business potential.
    • Represent the organization at strategic events, industry forums, and business meetings with strong commercial and technical credibility.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree, technology degree, postgraduate degree, MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
      • Proven experience in complex B2B technology sales with long sales cycles, preferably within technology companies, consulting firms, or IT service providers.
      • Demonstrated success in hunter roles focused on acquiring new enterprise customers and generating new revenue.
      • Strong understanding of technology solutions, including cloud computing environments such as Azure and AWS, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and data solutions.
      • Ability to conduct consultative sales conversations and translate technical challenges into business value, ROI, and strategic impact.
      • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead high-level negotiations.
      • Autonomous, resilient, and results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving ambitious sales goals.
      • Experience working with complex sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, Sandler, or similar approaches is a plus.
      • Established network with C-level executives and technology decision-makers in medium and large organizations is highly valued.
      • Experience with major technology consultancies, cloud partners, or managed service providers is considered an advantage.
