As a LawVu Tech Lead you will occupy a pivotal position between hands-on development and strategic leadership. Unlike a standard developer, our Tech Lead role represents a multifaceted position requiring a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking. Beyond writing code, a LawVu Tech Lead guides teams, shapes technical direction, and ensures products meet the unique demands of our global B2B SaaS markets.   What you’ll do…   Lead by Example: Drive the design and implementation of scalable, efficient back-end systems tailored for AI applications, while actively contributing code. Technical Architecture: Define and oversee the technical architecture and system design, ensuring alignment with AI integration and best practices. Engineering Excellence: Foster a culture of engineering excellence, mentoring and coaching team members to achieve their full potential and instilling best practices across the team. Security & Compliance: Maintain and improve strict security protocols for our multi-tenant environment, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and engineering leadership to develop and execute product and engineering roadmaps. Innovate: Stay abreast of advancements in AI technologies, specifically in areas such as Retrieval Augmented Generation, Evaluations, Vector Databases and Search, to inform product development. Product Discovery: Engage with product teams and customers during product discovery phases to ensure alignment with market needs. Facilitate: Communicate between cross-functional teams, resolving blockers and promoting a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.   What you’ll need… Product Engineering mindset: Self-Starter: Take initiative and drive projects forward with minimal supervision. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and inspire team members toward shared objectives.   Full Stack Software Engineer with the following expertise: Engineering Experience: 8+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting large-scale systems. Strong proficiency in C# .NET Framework / .NET Core, and REST API design and development. Solid understanding of Azure PaaS and Azure Web App services. Experience with GitHub.
