**Your role and responsibilities**
As an Infrastructure Specialist in System Administration, you will provide 24/7 technical support for cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless operations across various applications, DevOps, middleware, security, and infrastructure components. You will play a critical role in building, setting up, and maintaining new development tools, infrastructure, and networking.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Provide Technical Support: Deliver 24/7 technical support for cloud-based solutions, ensuring seamless operations across various applications, DevOps, middleware, security, and infrastructure components.
* Develop and Configure Infrastructure: Develop and configure infrastructure and configuration as code using Ansible and Terraform, and administer Dev, Test, and Production environments hosted on Windows, Linux, and Unix servers.
* Ensure System Security: Ensure systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats, identify and fix technical problems, and install software updates and fixes.
* Manage Cloud Applications: Manage Application ID, provide cloud elasticity by auto-scaling resources based on business requirements, and ensure DR and manual redundancy failover capabilities.
* Analyze and Resolve Issues: Identify and resolve issues involving APIs, application services, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, microservices, containers, Kubernetes nodes, and infrastructure problems.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a Citrix/Wintel administration role.
* Hands-on experience in Windows Server patching and maintenance.
* Experience with Active Directory user management, including user provisioning, access management, and troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of alert monitoring and incident response for server and infrastructure environments.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Windows server and user-related issues.
* Good understanding of system administration and operational support.
