Accountabilities:
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution across DeFi products including trading, liquidity, and prediction-market experiences
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and prototyping through launch, iteration, and scaled adoption
- Define and track key product metrics such as liquidity depth, trading volume, retention, conversion, capital efficiency, and user growth
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to translate complex DeFi and market structure concepts into clear product requirements
- Partner with ecosystem, business development, marketing, legal, and external stakeholders to successfully bring products to market
- Build and maintain relationships with DeFi protocols, liquidity providers, market makers, institutional users, and ecosystem partners
- Identify opportunities to improve on-chain financial infrastructure and increase adoption of decentralized applications
- Develop product narratives, go-to-market strategies, and feedback loops that connect usage data to strategic decision-making
- 5+ years of product management experience in crypto, DeFi, fintech, trading, financial infrastructure, or highly technical platforms
- Strong technical background, either as a former engineer or through deep collaboration with engineering teams
- Solid understanding of financial systems, including liquidity, market structure, risk, yield mechanics, and capital efficiency in DeFi contexts
- Fluency in DeFi concepts and hands-on familiarity with on-chain financial products
- Ability to translate user needs and market insights into clear product direction and execution plans
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, running experiments, and defining product KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex systems for diverse audiences
- Preferred: experience with exchanges, order books, prediction markets, wallets, lending protocols, or institutional trading systems
- Preferred: exposure to blockchain ecosystems such as Sui, Move, or similar architectures
- Preferred: experience working with liquidity providers, trading firms, or regulated financial environments
- Preferred: background as a founder, engineer, trader, or active DeFi ecosystem participant
- Competitive base salary ranging from $164K to $226K depending on experience and location
