You’ll shape how agentic work gets started, how it progresses over time, and how people stay oriented as the system helps move things forward. This is a highly leveraged role that sets the interaction model, quality bar, and long-term direction for Go, with a direct impact on how our users feel using Superhuman day to day.In this role, you will:End-to-end ownership: Own the design of Go, shaping how users express intent, collaborate with agents, and move work forward using natural language across standalone and embedded surfaces.Core interactions & quality: Design and evolve core chat and agent experiences, holding a high bar for simplicity, clarity, and power across desktop, web, and in-product surfaces.Design AI-native experiences: Define how Go helps users move from intent to outcomes, including making agent behavior clear and understandable so people know what the system is doing and why.Prototyping as thinking: Use interactive, high-fidelity prototypes to explore new interaction models, motion, and AI behaviors, treating prototyping as a core part of how ideas take shape.Design craft: Deliver polished interfaces, thoughtful micro-interactions, and animation that make advanced AI behavior feel intuitive, responsive, and alive.Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Content to shape direction, pressure-test ideas, and focus the team on foundational experiences that unlock meaningful user value.Qualifications7+ years of product design experience, with a strong track record of owning complex, ambiguous problems end to end.Hands-on experience designing AI-native products, especially products that involve natural language interaction or multi-step work.Strong interaction and visual design skills, with clear evidence of craft across layout, motion, micro-interactions, and polish.Excellence in using prototyping as a way of thinking, communicating...
