Accountabilities:

    • Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic technology partners that align with business objectives and complement existing product capabilities.
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of partners across sectors such as CRM, CDP, Martech, Ecommerce, Education, Nonprofit, Sports, and B2B technology.
    • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including co-selling, co-marketing initiatives, webinars, events, and business development campaigns.
    • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with partner stakeholders, acting as a key advocate internally and externally.
    • Deliver partner enablement through presentations, product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational initiatives.
    • Drive referral opportunities and influence active sales cycles by leveraging strategic partner relationships.
    • Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to maximize partner value and achieve revenue targets.
    • Provide market insights and feedback to support product roadmap decisions, integration priorities, and competitive positioning.
    • Monitor partnership performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement strategies to optimize growth and long-term success.
    • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, with travel requirements of up to 25%.
    • Requirements

      • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in technology partnerships, channel sales, business development, or SaaS/Martech ecosystems.
      • Proven experience managing strategic partnerships and developing successful go-to-market initiatives.
      • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify business opportunities and drive measurable revenue growth.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
      • Native-level English proficiency; additional language skills such as Dutch, French, Spanish, or Swedish are considered an asset.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
      • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data and performance insights to refine partnership strategies.
      • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote, and collaborative environment.
      • Positive, growth-oriented attitude with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to team success.
