Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage a team of strategic sales professionals focused on enterprise customers across Brazil.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and direction to sales leaders and representatives to achieve revenue objectives.
- Establish sales strategies, processes, and operating rhythms to improve pipeline generation, forecasting accuracy, and execution.
- Drive enterprise sales initiatives focused on strategic accounts and complex SaaS solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to accelerate business opportunities.
- Partner with channel organizations to maximize market reach and customer engagement.
- Evaluate and improve sales structures, processes, cadence, and team performance.
- Develop short- and long-term business plans supported by measurable goals, milestones, and execution strategies.
- Identify market opportunities, white-space opportunities, new customer prospects, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and partner teams to create demand generation strategies and increase market penetration.
- Ensure pipeline health, maintaining strong forecasting discipline and visibility into revenue performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of sales talent to build a scalable organization.
- Present strategic plans, business updates, and performance insights to regional leadership.
- Maintain strong alignment between sales execution, customer needs, and company growth objectives.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience leading sales teams within high-growth SaaS, cybersecurity, identity management, or enterprise technology organizations.
- Proven track record managing strategic enterprise sales teams and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Experience leading complex B2B sales cycles with large organizations and executive stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, ideally including transitions from on-premise solutions to cloud-based platforms.
- Experience developing sales strategies, pipeline management processes, forecasting methodologies, and operational frameworks.
- Ability to inspire, coach, and develop sales professionals while creating a culture of accountability and performance.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and translate strategy into execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with experience engaging senior executives.
- Experience collaborating with partners, alliances, marketing teams, and cross-functional business units.
