We have scaled far beyond the small start-up we once were and continue to disrupt the industry together.🧭 The RoleYour next opportunity—what you'll be doing and how you'll make an impact.As a Sales Executive at Container xChange, you’ll engage in high-volume B2B container sales into the US market and help scale our growth rapidly. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, build and own a portfolio of buyers, and play a key role in transforming container trading globally.This is a highly transactional, full-cycle role where you will grow your buyer portfolio while closing +300 deals per month. You will work with a qualified lead pool of roughly 15,000 potential buyers and convert both outbound and inbound demand into closed business.You will run the entire sales cycle: prospecting, outbound calling, qualification, pricing, negotiation, and closing. Once buyers are activated, 70 to 80 percent of your revenue will come from repeat purchases, allowing you to scale your portfolio fast.Selling into the US market requires strong English skills, speed, commercial judgment, and the ability to operate in a fragmented buyer landscape. Experience working with American customers is highly preferred.📍 LocationWhere you'll be based and how we collaborate globally.Our headquarters is located in the heart of Hamburg, Germany, with team members distributed across the globe. This is a hybrid position based in São Paulo, Brazil, where you’ll regularly collaborate in person with local colleagues to share ideas and drive customer success while having the flexibility to work from home as well. Since you’ll be targeting the U.S. market, U.S. time zone is required.
