As Sr Director IT - GRE, M&A, and PMO within the Datacenter, Collaboration and Networking (DCN) organization at Honeywell Technologies, you will drive strategy around Global Real Estate (GRE), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Project Management Office (PMO) services within the DCN portfolio. You will lead initiatives that integrate these critical functions to support business growth and operational excellence, leveraging your expertise in Smartsheet to enhance project execution and collaboration. In this role, you will impact the strategic alignment and operational efficiency of GRE, M&A, and PMO services, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives that drive Honeywell Technologies’ business objectives forward.
You will report directly to our VP of Infrastructure and work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic plans for GRE, M&A, and PMO services to support Honeywell Technologies’ growth and infrastructure objectives
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and delivery of projects related to real estate, acquisitions, and project management
- Utilize Smartsheet to optimize project tracking, reporting, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology and infrastructure initiatives with business goals
- Drive continuous improvement in project management methodologies and governance to enhance operational efficiency
YOU MUST HAVE
- 8+ years of experience leading GRE, M&A, and PMO functions with a strong strategic and operational focus
- Proven expertise in Smartsheet for project management, reporting, and collaboration across complex projects
- Strong demonstrated knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices to drive successful project delivery
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership to align initiatives with business goals.
