Job Description Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive support to the Customer Performance Directors and the broader Customer Performance Management organization. This role will be instrumental in driving the Customer Performance transformation by enhancing data management capabilities, streamlining customer reporting, and establishing standard work across the organization. The ideal candidate will provide operational rigor to help our leadership team maintain consistency and drive excellence in how we support our customers.Job Description
Operational Support & Data Management Provide direct support to Customer Performance Directors to ensure operational consistency and high-quality reporting.
- Maintain and improve data management systems to ensure accuracy, transparency, and accessibility of key performance metrics.
- Develop and streamline reporting templates to provide leadership with actionable insights regarding customer outcomes.
- Support the development and maintenance of operational dashboards to track project health and contract performance.
Standard Work & Process Optimization Partner with the Customer Performance team to define and implement standard work protocols.
- Establish and document standard operating procedures to ensure uniform execution across the organization.
- Support the Customer Performance transformation roadmap by identifying areas for process simplification and waste reduction.
- Assist in the rollout of new processes, ensuring team alignment and adherence to established standard work.
Customer Performance & Communication Act as a key operational resource for the Customer Performance Management organization.
- Facilitate the collection and aggregation of performance data for recurring customer report-outs.
- Help maintain operational rhythms, ensuring that key performance reviews are scheduled, prepared for, and documented effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that operational processes support the overarching goals of the Customer Performance organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field; or a high school diploma / GED with relevant experience.
- Experience in operations, data management, project coordination, or a related support role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage data, generate reports, and improve administrative or operational processes.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and data visualization tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the power, energy, or industrial services industry.
- Familiarity with Lean methodologies, continuous improvement, or process mapping.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on attention to detail and data integrity.
- Project management experience or certification.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $78,800.00 and $131,200.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
