Based in Reynosa, México, this position is designed for a leader who can connect SAP capability with operational needs, drive transformation, and support cross-functional teams.
Role Overview
As the SAP Supply Chain Transformation Lead, you will lead initiatives that improve end-to-end supply chain processes across manufacturing, planning, materials, and warehouse operations. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to shape SAP-enabled solutions that strengthen execution, improve visibility, and support continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP supply chain transformation initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Partner with stakeholders in operations, procurement, planning, logistics, and IT to gather requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions.
- Support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Manufacturing and SCM capabilities.
- Drive process improvement efforts across areas such as Production Planning (PP), Variant Configuration (VC), Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Inventory Management (IM), and Procure-to-Pay (PTP).
- Coordinate implementation activities from blueprinting through testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Help ensure process alignment across SAP and related business functions, including master data, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Monitor execution, identify gaps, and recommend improvements that support reliability, efficiency, and business continuity.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support training, documentation, and adoption of new processes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of related experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or manufacturing support.
- Experience leading or supporting SAP supply chain transformation, implementation, or optimization initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Manufacturing and SCM processes.
- Experience working with ERP SAP in a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of cross-functional supply chain processes and their impact on operational performance.
- Good communication skills in both written and verbal English and Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Exposure to automation, CI/CD, DevOps, or BI reporting in an SAP environment.
