Accountabilities:

    The Patient Success Representative is responsible for delivering a high-quality patient experience by managing interactions, orders, and service requests efficiently.

    • Handle a high volume of primarily outbound phone calls to support patients and ensure they receive the medical supplies needed for ongoing care.
    • Provide knowledgeable and compassionate assistance, answering questions and addressing patient concerns.
    • Create and process patient orders, update account information, and maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure timely solutions.
    • Achieve performance objectives related to productivity, quality, attendance, service excellence, and order accuracy.
    • Manage daily workflows while maintaining attention to detail and adapting to changing priorities.
    • Complete additional responsibilities as needed to support team and patient success.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured remote environment that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

      • High school diploma or equivalent required.
      • At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales.
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks, navigate different systems, and maintain accuracy in data entry.
      • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of troubleshooting issues independently.
      • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
      • Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus and may qualify for additional compensation.
      • Ability to meet remote work requirements, including maintaining a HIPAA-compliant workspace and a reliable hardwired Ethernet internet connection.
