Accountabilities:
- Handle a high volume of primarily outbound phone calls to support patients and ensure they receive the medical supplies needed for ongoing care.
- Provide knowledgeable and compassionate assistance, answering questions and addressing patient concerns.
- Create and process patient orders, update account information, and maintain accurate records across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure timely solutions.
- Achieve performance objectives related to productivity, quality, attendance, service excellence, and order accuracy.
- Manage daily workflows while maintaining attention to detail and adapting to changing priorities.
- Complete additional responsibilities as needed to support team and patient success.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, navigate different systems, and maintain accuracy in data entry.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of troubleshooting issues independently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus and may qualify for additional compensation.
- Ability to meet remote work requirements, including maintaining a HIPAA-compliant workspace and a reliable hardwired Ethernet internet connection.
