WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) Sales team operates within the Integrated Marketplace Supply Chain organization in Korea. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketplace Partners, Planning, Merchandising, Finance, Logistics, Distribution Centers, and Technology, as well as external marketplace partners.

The MSC Sales Manager reports to the MSC Director and serves as the primary supply chain partner for Nike marketplace partners in Korea.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The team is looking for a commercially minded supply chain leader who connects marketplace growth strategies with operational excellence. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong understanding of end-to-end business operations, marketplace dynamics, and supply chain execution.

  • Minimum 5 - 6 years of experience in supply chain, operations, marketplace management, or sales operations, including people leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain or related field
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple functions
  • Ability to analyze business performance and translate insights into clear, actionable plans
  • Strong written and oral communication skills both Korean & English.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You will lead the Korea MSC Sales team to connect Nike and partner operations, deliver premium service, and enable sustainable marketplace growth through operational excellence and strategic collaboration.

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for assigned marketplace partners with a focus on speed, service, and precision
  • Develop and execute marketplace supply chain strategies aligned with Nike’s commercial goals and long-term growth ambitions
  • Establish, track, and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Build and strengthen collaborative relationships with partner organizations to enable alignment and shared success
  • Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Planning, Logistics, Technology, and external stakeholders to deliver seamless execution from pre-season through post-season
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing MSC Marketplace Partners team
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Create an inclusive and engaging team environment that empowers individuals to perform at their best and deliver results
