Title and Summary
Senior Specialist, Products and SolutionsOverviewThe Senior Specialist, Products & Solutions, Security Solutions, supports the growth, commercialization, and execution of Mastercard’s Security Solutions portfolio across South Latin America (South LAC). The role is responsible for driving product adoption, supporting go-to-market initiatives, developing client opportunities, and managing strategic projects in partnership with cross-functional teams.
This position collaborates closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Operations to deliver business growth and strengthen Mastercard’s value proposition across issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.
The role supports the clusters of COVEC, ARU, CHIPABOL, and Peru, covering 11 countries, and contributes to the execution of Mastercard’s security, identity, authentication, fraud prevention, and cyber resilience strategies across the region.

Responsibilities
• Support the execution of product strategies and commercialization plans for Mastercard’s Security Solutions portfolio.
• Drive product adoption and revenue growth by identifying client opportunities and supporting engagement with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop business cases, value quantification models, presentations, and strategic recommendations to support sales and customer discussions.
• Partner with account teams and product management to identify market opportunities, client needs, and growth initiatives.
• Support go-to-market activities, product launches, and lifecycle management processes across multiple markets.
• Monitor portfolio performance, pipeline activity, and business results, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth.
• Coordinate regional projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and timely execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
• Support customer workshops, product demonstrations, solution design discussions, and executive presentations.
• Act as a subject matter resource on Security Solutions products, market trends, competitive positioning, and industry developments.
• Contribute to planning, forecasting, and prioritization processes that support regional business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with Mastercard policies, governance processes, and risk management requirements.

Job Specific Experiences
• Bachelor's degree with experience in product management, product commercialization, business development, consulting, payments, fintech, cybersecurity, technology, or financial services.
• Experience supporting customer-facing initiatives and working directly with clients, partners, or sales organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Experience preparing business cases, financial analyses, value propositions, and executive-level communications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced and highly matrixed environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different functions and levels of the organization.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and drive business outcomes.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
