Chaplain Resident at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro in San Pedro, CA. This position is Full-time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

The Chaplain Resident provides spiritual and emotional support to patients, their families, guests, and staff. Simultaneously the Chaplain Resident is actively engaging in an action-reflection, process model of education that focuses on the development and enhancement of the student's professional competency and pastoral identity. The CPE Resident participates in on-call duty rotation. The program is designed for one year.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or the equivalent applicable education from an accredited institution. Theology, Divinity, Spirituality, Pastoral Ministry or the equivalent applicable education from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications:

- Basic knowledge of counseling methods
