This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. Perform administrative duties related to patient care management including: entering progress notes, histories and physicals, discharges summaries and consults, etc. Ability to perform minor and major surgical procedures. Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team including Nursing, Anesthesiology, Mid-Level Surgical Providers, and medical support staff to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of patient care services. Provide guidance to Urology Mid-Level provider(s). Participate in resident training, teaching and mentoring medical students, urology fellows, etc. Other services include but are not limited to: treatment of genitourinary medical conditions, performing outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures, provide consultations, work ups and pre-& postoperative care. Participate in various quality improvement initiatives, workgroups, projects, etc Other duties as assigned, per the direction of the Chief of Surgery, Chief of Staff, etc
