It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.We’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.Join us and let’s shape the future of data.Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES BROAD FUNCTIONS: Responsible for smooth operations of the plant utilities systemCoordinate and provide support to production / manufacturing needsCoordinate and execute Facilities cost saving & improvement programsEnsure all the subscribe system are maintainedLead and liaise with relevant local government agencies & contractorsLead and develop direct reportsRegular Oversee and lead the team to establish procedure, system monitoring & preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operationIdentify system weakness and implement improvement/enhancement project to ensure smooth operationLead facilities operation team to support production / manufacturing needsLead facilities operation team in review & analyse the operating data to optimize the Facilities operating systemPlan, supervise and lead the team in execute cost saving & improvement programControl operating expenses to ensure within budgetEnsure compliance to IMS, ISO9000, ISO14000, Contamination Control, Housekeeping & SafetyLiaise with contractor, consultant on the facilities related mattersLead and develop direct reports through hands-on and proper training.Carry out special task as assigned by Senior Manager/ Dept. HeadSupport the activities to the company needsQualificationsEducational, Certification & Licenses Required :   At least Degree in Engineering or equivalentSkill Required :        Hands on in plant utilities system.Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing at all organizational levels including external agenciesExperience :10 years work experience in the Facilities/Machinery Operation and MaintenanceKnowledge on Electrical system, Clean room HVAC system, Fire Protection system and Di Ionized and Wastewater treatment plant.5 years experience in People Manager Additional InformationWD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
