Accountabilities:

    The Partnerships Manager, Ecosystem will manage a portfolio of partners while owning the operational systems that support a growing partner program. This role requires a combination of relationship management, process improvement, and hands-on execution to help expand ecosystem impact.

    • Manage the long-tail partner pipeline independently by qualifying opportunities, maintaining relationships, following up on active conversations, and ensuring consistent progress.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, building strong relationships and representing the organization externally.
    • Support partner success after onboarding through co-marketing coordination, integration support, adoption tracking, co-selling activities, and account mapping.
    • Identify trends within the developer and technology ecosystem to uncover new partnership opportunities.
    • Own and improve partner operations, including partner intake processes, onboarding workflows, tracking systems, billing coordination, and internal documentation.
    • Identify operational gaps and proactively create solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and partner experience.
    • Maintain accurate partner records, agreements, performance data, and revenue attribution information.
    • Improve reporting and visibility across partner activities through strong data management practices.
    • Work effectively with internal tools, automation platforms, AI-assisted workflows, and no-code solutions to optimize partnership operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partners are supported and aligned with broader business objectives.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is a partnership professional with experience managing ecosystems, referral programs, channel relationships, or technology partnerships. They should be highly organized, commercially minded, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment.

      • 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, partner marketing, referral programs, channel sales, or ecosystem development.
      • Experience working with technology companies, software platforms, developer tools, databases, infrastructure products, or application marketplaces.
      • Strong understanding of how developers evaluate and adopt technical products and how partner ecosystems influence growth.
      • Proven experience managing co-marketing, co-selling, referral, or partner-driven growth initiatives with measurable outcomes.
      • Ability to independently manage partner relationships, drive projects forward, and maintain strong external credibility.
      • Strong operational skills with experience improving workflows, processes, documentation, and reporting systems.
      • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
      • Ability to identify opportunities, solve problems proactively, and take ownership without requiring constant direction.
      • Experience working in product-led growth environments is a plus.
      • Previous experience in an early-stage startup or high-growth technology company is preferred.
      • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, developer platforms, application ecosystems, or building technical side projects is a plus.
