What You Will Do *

Sr. Analyst, Industrial Engineer

Process Improvement

-Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for productivity, quality, and cost improvements.
-Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and other industrial engineering methodologies.
-Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address operational issues.
-Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational performance.


Work Measurement and Labor Planning

-Conduct time studies, work sampling, and labor utilization analyses.
-Develop and maintain standard times and labor standards.
-Support manpower planning and workforce optimization activities.
-Perform line balancing and workload distribution analyses.


Capacity and Production Planning

-Analyze production capacity and resource requirements.
-Support forecasting, capacity planning, and production planning activities.
-Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve throughput.


Facility and Layout Planning

-Develop and update facility, workstation, and production layouts to improve workflow and space utilization.
-Evaluate material flow and handling methods to enhance operational efficiency.
-Ensure layouts comply with safety and ergonomic requirements.


Data Analysis and Reporting

-Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
-Develop models and simulations to support decision-making and process optimization.


Project Support

-Participate in cross-functional projects related to process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
-Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and other departments to implement improvements.
-Support project implementation and monitor results.


What You Will Learn


Qualifications You Must Have *

-Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering                                                                 - -Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing planning, or operational excellence.
- Strong background in industrial planning, execution, process optimization, and productivity improvement.
- Experience in manufacturing or aerospace industry is an advantage.
-Knowledge of industrial engineering principles, methods, and tools.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. And can use Autocad
-Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and statistical analysis is an advantage.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.]

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). If you live within a reasonable commute of an RTX site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through University Degree combined with experience. Practical knowledge of RTX projects, programs
or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Engineering/Other Technical Positions:Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics(STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
