Accountabilities:
- Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to evaluate resource needs for clinical research and other operational projects.
- Creating and maintaining resource allocation plans to optimize personnel utilization and support project objectives.
- Monitoring resource availability, workload distribution, and utilization levels to identify risks or constraints.
- Developing and implementing solutions to address resource planning challenges and improve operational efficiency.
- Providing guidance to project teams on resource management processes, planning approaches, and best practices.
- Supporting the improvement of resource management systems, tools, and reporting processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in resource planning, workforce management, or project management, ideally within clinical research, healthcare, or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
