Salesforce Revenue Cloud, combined with Agentforce, enables organisations to accelerate growth by intelligently automating quoting, contracting, and billing processes, bringing autonomous AI agents into the heart of the Quote-to-Cash journey.The Agentforce Revenue Management Specialist is responsible for driving the adoption and expansion of Agentforce capabilities within the Revenue Cloud product suite — including CPQ, Billing, and Contract Lifecycle Management — helping customers unlock autonomous revenue management at scale. You will build rapport and confidence with sales, finance, IT, and operations stakeholders by understanding each organisation's unique revenue complexity and presenting compelling Agentforce-powered solutions that eliminate manual friction and accelerate deal close.
You will champion the intersection of AI agents and revenue operations — demonstrating how Agentforce can autonomously handle quoting workflows, billing exceptions, renewal management, and revenue recognition — delivering ROI in weeks, not months.
Your Impact
- You will work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique revenue management challenges and goals, identifying where AI agents can drive the most transformative value.
- You will collaborate with customers on the Salesforce Platform to evangelise Agentforce-powered Revenue Cloud solutions — showing how autonomous agents can streamline Quote-to-Cash processes, reduce revenue leakage, and blaze new trails within their organisations.
- You will contribute to business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment as a valued member of our Ohana, helping define what the future of AI-driven revenue management looks like.
An Agentforce Revenue Management Specialist is seen as the trusted advisor, and will ideally have the following skills:
- Proven experience in enterprise software or technology sales, ideally within revenue management, CPQ, CLM, or billing solutions.
- Demonstrated success selling AI, automation, or agentic workflow solutions to finance, RevOps, or sales operations stakeholders.
- Successful track record of net new business development with consistent delivery against revenue targets.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from business champion through to C-Level executives (CRO, CFO, CTO).
- Deep familiarity with revenue operations processes — quoting, order management, contract lifecycle, billing, and revenue recognition — and the ability to map Agentforce capabilities to these workflows.
- Understanding of autonomous AI agents, LLMs, and how agentic platforms differ from traditional automation and CRM tools.
- Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and strong customer references in revenue technology or adjacent enterprise SaaS.
- CPQ/CLM/Billing experience and/or a genuine passion for the back-end revenue stream, combined with excitement about the AI-native future of revenue management.
