The couriers are a key player in Glovo’s marketplace, and you will need to ensure the long-term sustainability of the fleet, as well as its daily performance.THE JOURNEYAnalyze daily and weekly operational metrics with a macro view for the long-term success of all cities in the countryDevelop country and city level UX strategies and execution plans, ensuring they are delivered by the teamOptimise the courier earnings structure in 100+ cities on a daily, weekly and monthly basisEnsure Glovo is the number one app of choice among couriersLead country wide projects to increase efficiency, reduce delivery time, keep under control costs and improve qualityCoordinate cross department projects between operations and other teams (commercial, q-commerce)Understand, deep-dive and have complete awareness of the country’s supply situation at all timesGet to know the fleet of the region, be hands-on and active part of the courier support initiativesDefine and execute high-impact engagement and retention projectsMake data-driven decisions to identify best practices and improve regional performance.QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDEStrong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations and drive actions5+ years of experience in high demanding positions (operations, consulting, investment banking, etc.). Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skillsExperience managing high-performing teamsStrong organizational skills and delegation, ability to prioritize and multitask, work well under pressure, and handle multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment.Endless curiosity - you wonder why problems exist, spend hours figuring out why, and can’t stop thinking about solutionsThe ability not only to plan an initiative but also to execute itAn openness to change.Effective communication skills Polish and English full professional proficiencyAdvanced knowledge on Google Sheets, MS Excel  and SQL (as a plus)Individuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
