Position Overview:
Freddie Mac is seeking a Facilities and General Services Senior to support day-to-day workplace operations for our Jersey City, NJ regional office. Reporting to the Facilities Manager within Corporate Services, this role serves as a key onsite facilities contact, helping ensure the office is safe, efficient, well maintained, and welcoming for employees, visitors, and business partners enter text here

Your Impact:
In this role, you will partner with Corporate Services, business teams, vendors, and building management to support daily operations and support workplace needs. You will help maintain a clean, secure, and functional office environment; coordinate services and work orders; support employee events and onboarding; and contribute to a positive workplace experience for the Jersey City office.
Serve as the primary onsite facilities contact for the Jersey City office, supporting employees, visitors, business partners.
Oversee daily office operations, including upkeep, repairs, inspections, pantry and office supplies, first aid supplies, mail and package handling, visitor support, and overall workplace readiness.
Partner with building management and Vendors to coordinate maintenance, work orders, building communications, crisis response, and service delivery.
Manage facilities-related tickets in ServiceNow and eMaintenance, ensuring timely tracking, follow-up, resolution, and communication.
Monitor badge access, emergency readiness, and workplace safety activities in partnership with appropriate internal teams.
Support the office through expense tracking, invoice processing and vendor service oversight.
Work with space planning team to support furniture moves, office reconfigurations, seat assignments, parking, badges, and building access for new hires and employees.
Support office events and other workplace experience events in coordination with onsite business partners.
Help maintain sustainability practices and LEED-related requirements for the office.
Independently manage priorities, schedules, resources, and process improvements that support efficient, reliable office operations.
Provide occasional facilities support for the New York office, including onsite visits as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5–8 years of relevant experience in facilities operations, workplace operations, office management.
Experience supporting vendor services, day-to-day office operations, invoices and day-to-day operational priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and working knowledge of workplace systems such as security, ticketing, space management, or building operations tools.
Preferred: familiarity with sustainability programs or LEED-related requirements.
Preferred: industry certifications such as BOMA RPA, FMA, or IFMA FMP.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
