Within TA, our University Recruiting (UR) team focuses on identifying and engaging the next generation of innovators through internship and full-time early career programs.The University Recruiter will work closely with the APAC University Recruiter and report to Director, Global Head of University Recruiting. This person will be responsible for executing against the university strategy at Marvell in Singapore while supporting the efforts in Taiwan and Vietnam. We are looking for a self-driven individual willing to help continue to build & scale intern/entry level hiring for the APAC region.
What You Can Expect
- Manage full cycle recruiting for intern and full-time early career roles across technical and non-technical teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and university partners.
- Support with planning and execution of campus events, career fairs, networking nights, and virtual recruiting initiatives.
- Support the design and delivery of intern program activities, including onboarding, engagement events, and performance feedback.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Marvell at targeted schools and conferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, immigration, and export control requirements.
What We're Looking For
Basic Requirements:
- 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (agency, corporate, or startup).
- Solid understanding of university recruiting practices and on-campus hiring cycles.
- Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25–35% for campus visits and events.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience managing university-level requisitions (internship and full-time) and intern programming.
- Experience with employer branding activities, specifically generating recruiting social media content and email campaigns.
- Experience with university extracurricular activities planning and execution.
- Technically savvy with experience using ATS platforms (Workday preferred).
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate Marvell’s core technologies and business areas.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
- Fluency in Mandarin
