The overall objective of this role is to source optimal third-party provided goods and services in support of the company's businesses.Responsibilities:Lead a number of software, SaaS, and/or platform sourcing projects at one time, and drive optimal value across the sourcing book of work.Build sourcing and supply base strategy, develop standards, policies, targets, and category strategies as well as coordinate the sourcing process for the various products and services within the procurement groupLead and/or participate in global category forums maintaining high level sourcing processes and teamDevelop and/or implement market analyses/benchmarking processes and leverage key insights to inform and support the category strategy development processPerform financial modeling and lead development and execution of negotiation strategies for high-value and complex multi-year dealsDevelop strategies for sourcing, supplier management, negotiation, productivity, and customer and supplier relationshipsHas the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:5-8 years of relevant experienceExperience in sourcing or procurement in a large, multi-national organizationExperience in leading strategic sourcing projectsExperience in complex deal structuring, negotiations, and contractingAdvanced computer skills with a focus on Microsoft ExcelFinancial acumen and ability to build and manage effective cost analyses and business cases.Demonstrated strategic sourcing/procurement, stakeholder management, relationship management, and influencing skillsExperience in sourcing of software, SaaS, complex platforms, business applications, application development & maintenance (ADM), and marketing and marketing technology are all a plus.Experience in financial services a plus.Experience in branded management consulting a plus.Education:Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Corporate Services------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Supply Chain------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$94,300.00 - $141,500.00------------------------------------------------------Most Relevant Skills Please see the requirements listed above.------------------------------------------------------Other Relevant Skills For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter.------------------------------------------------------Automated Processing and AIWe use automated processing, including artificial intelligence, for our legitimate business interests (or our reasonable and appropriate business purposes) to identify and align the candidate's skills and abilities with a specific job opening....
