Accountabilities:
- Manage operational activities including system monitoring, data reconciliation, reporting, and service delivery processes to maintain accuracy and compliance with service level commitments.
- Provide functional and technical support to users, helping them effectively navigate and manage solutions while ensuring a positive client experience.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system and client issues by conducting root cause analysis and collaborating with relevant teams when escalation is required.
- Track, document, and manage requests through ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and employer portals to ensure timely resolution and accurate records.
- Support access management activities by administering user permissions and following security and compliance procedures.
- Contribute to software quality initiatives by documenting requirements, supporting enhancements, performing testing activities, and validating regression results.
- Collaborate with implementation teams during client onboarding and system launches to ensure smooth deployments and effective issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and contribute to continuous optimization of technical and operational processes.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, systems analysis, software testing, operations, or a related technology role.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, including experience performing root cause analysis.
- Understanding of software testing principles, including unit testing and regression testing practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the ability to work efficiently across multiple systems and applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms, HR technology, payroll, benefits, or similar business solutions is considered an asset.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools, CRM platforms, software implementations, client onboarding, or go-live support is preferred.
- Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage competing priorities, and contribute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive annual base salary range of approximately $57,000 to $67,000, depending on experience, skills, location, and qualifications.
