Accountabilities:

    • Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities for diagnostic product lines through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
    • Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM and sales tools to track, prioritize, and convert leads efficiently.
    • Collaborate with field-based veterinary consultants to align on territory strategy, customer development plans, and opportunity prioritization.
    • Drive adoption, utilization, and conversion of diagnostic solutions through consultative selling and customer engagement.
    • Develop and maintain new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts within the assigned territory.
    • Deliver product education and support customer understanding to ensure successful implementation and ongoing usage.
    • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while representing the brand in all customer interactions.
    • Requirements:

      • 5+ years of experience in inside sales or remote sales roles, primarily conducted via phone, email, chat, or video conferencing.
      • Proven track record of developing new business and managing sales pipelines in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
      • Experience selling diagnostic, life sciences, healthcare, or technical products is strongly preferred.
      • Strong ability to execute sales strategies, identify opportunities, and convert leads into revenue.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a consultative sales setting.
      • Comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with field sales and cross-functional teams.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools to manage performance and forecasting.
      • Candidates based in MST or PST time zones are preferred.
