About the Role
As a Business Ops and Strategy Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing Canva Print’s strategies across the business - owning ideas from initial conception to execution. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Print team to shape the strategic direction and performance of key business areas for Canva Print.
What you’ll doIdentify structural opportunities to improve how Print Operations works, through better processes, systems, and automationLead large cross-functional initiatives, partnering across Operations, Product, GTM, Engineering, Data, Finance, etc.Roll up your sleeves and fill gaps — from strategic problems to day-to-day operational fires across Print OperationsIdentify opportunities, develop hypotheses, execute in-depth analyses and make recommendations to shape our roadmapSupport strategic planning, capacity planning, and performance management for PrintOwn the metrics that matter most — know how they're trending and surface the insights that drive themPartner with cross-functional teams to make sure we're using data thoughtfully and correctlyBuild scalable operational processes and close gaps before they become blockersWhat we're looking for:7-8 years of relevant work experience in an analytical and strategic role across analytics, consulting, product, business operations, or financeMinimum 2 years in a high growth companyYou are a strategic problem solver. You can break down ambiguous problems and apply a first principles approach to solving themYou're operationally minded - you can take a strategic vision and translate it into real processes and systemsYou are highly analytical and metrics-driven. You can execute complex analyses, define KPIs, size opportunity areas, and clearly visualize and communicate performanceAdvanced proficiency in Excel (+ SQL preferred)You are a strong communicator.
