Accountabilities:

    As a Business Analyst - Solutions Engineering, you will play a key role in understanding customer challenges, designing solutions, and supporting successful technology adoption. You will analyze business processes, identify transformation opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and effective solutions.

    • Conduct business process discovery sessions to understand customer goals, operational challenges, and expected business outcomes.
    • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
    • Translate customer requirements and business problems into clear solution specifications and scalable product recommendations.
    • Develop solution concepts, process flows, storyboards, and value propositions that communicate business impact.
    • Support customer workshops, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Delivery teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs.
    • Contribute to improving solution methodologies, documentation, and best practices across the organization.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate has experience in business analysis, solution consulting, or technology-driven transformation projects, with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
      • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis, solution engineering, presales, digital transformation, or enterprise technology.
      • Experience working with SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, or digital workflow technologies.
      • Background in customer discovery, solution design, product demonstrations, or proof-of-concept activities.
      • Strong business analysis, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.
      • Ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into practical technology solutions.
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
      • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and collaborating across multiple teams.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
