As a Conference and Events Sales Coordinator, you’re not just driving revenue through proactive selling and strategic sales techniques – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

This is part of your daily tasks:

  • Processing of small to medium-sized inquiries in the group and event sector
  • Preparation of offers as well as advice and planning together with the customer
  • Contract drafting and negotiations
  • Instruction and control of advance payments
  • Creating group and function sheets
  • House tour and presentation of the hotel
  • Audit of financial statements
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • General administrative tasks
  • Creation and editing of various reports
  • Maintenance of all systems (Delphi.fdc, etc.)
  • Support with smaller projects
  • Support in training new employees
  • Communication and coordination of external partners
