Accountabilities:
- Develop and evolve modern web applications, ensuring high standards of performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation and support the improvement of internal engineering processes.
- Ensure strong focus on accessibility, usability, and UI/UX best practices across all frontend deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality, functionality, and performance standards are consistently met.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team, including testing and architecture decisions.
- Strong experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript in production environments.
- Solid knowledge of React and its core APIs, with experience building component-based architectures.
- Experience with unit and integration testing using Jest and/or Cypress.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Curiosity and motivation to continuously learn and improve technical skills.
