Sr Architect Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA Technology Architect to take on a key role in crafting and delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance SAP solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the overarching architecture, ensuring flawless integration, and driving the adoption of best practices in SAP S/4HANA implementations.

You will become an integral part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team of SAP experts who motivate and inspire one another in designing innovative, cutting-edge solutions for the organization. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into effective technical architectures while prioritizing scalability, security, and performance optimization.

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and leverage technological advancements. 
• Ensure architectural compliance with SAP best practices, security standards, and enterprise guidelines. 
• Oversee and govern technical documentation, including landscape diagrams, architecture blueprints, and interface catalogs. 
• Design and manage integration architectures that encompass SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, legacy systems, and third-party solutions. 
• Provide expert guidance on development standards, extensibility options, and technical governance. 
• Lead technical workstreams dedicated to custom code remediation, Fiori activation, and data migration. 
• Offer strategic guidance on system integration and application architecture, adhering to SAP best practices and industry standards. 
• Stay informed about emerging SAP technologies and innovations, particularly within the S/4HANA and SAP BTP ecosystems, including RISE. 
• Foster an innovative organizational culture and promote a flexible working environment. 
• Develop architectural solutions that are aligned with business needs and strategic objectives. 
• Ensure that the architecture meets stakeholder requirements and conforms to the organization’s target architecture.

• Strong experience with ABAP (RICEF) Objects in SAP S/4HANA, including participation in at least 2-3 implementation projects. Experience with global template development and rollouts is preferred. 
• Familiarity with tools such as Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, and SAP Signavio. 
• Proficiency in OOABAP, IDOCs, OData, and the latest ABAP syntax. Solid knowledge of Core Data Services (CDS), RAP, CAP, Core Clean Strategy, Side-by-Side Extension, In-App Extension, and API management. 
• Strong understanding of the enhancement framework in SAP. 
• Hands-on experience with CDS Views, RAP, and CAP, SAP BTP Build services – Business Application Studio, Build Code, Build Apps and Business Process Automation. 
• Extensive knowledge in Core Clean concepts – CBO, CFL, Form and Email Templates, Flexible Workflow, Output Parameter Determination, Query Browser, EventMesh and AIF.
• Knowledge of Fiori and UI5 is a plus. 
• Ability to propose technical solutions to business leaders and support project teams. 
• Strong problem-solving skills, ensuring quick identification of application issues and their timely resolution. 
• Capability to challenge existing solutions and suggest improved alternatives. 
• Develop, document, and execute unit tests, system tests, integration tests, and acceptance tests, including the use of testing tools for complex functions. Conduct code reviews and peer testing. 
• Perform performance tuning to enhance functionality and efficiency across multiple processes. 
• Collaborate with other technical team members in designing, delivering, and deploying solutions.
