As a Consultant / Senior Consultant Banking at Synpulse in Geneva, you work at the forefront of transformation in the Swiss financial services industry. You support leading banks in solving complex strategic, operational, and technology-driven challenges – from initial concept to successful implementation.
You collaborate closely with clients to analyse business problems, develop pragmatic solutions, and drive measurable impact. Depending on your experience, you take ownership of specific workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and contribute to delivering high-quality results in dynamic project environments.
In addition, you play an active role within Synpulse by contributing to internal initiatives, supporting business development activities, and helping to shape our growing presence in the Geneva market.

Requirements
- Very good Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a renowned university or university of applied sciences
- Professional experience within Switzerland is mandatory
- Fluent French and English skills are mandatory
- German is a strong plus
- Strong affinity for technology, IT, and AI
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel
- For Consultant (0.5 – 2.5 years of experience)
- 0.5 – 2.5 years of relevant professional experience within consulting or the banking industry in Switzerland
- Initial experience through internships, traineeships, or first professional roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with curiosity and initiative
- Motivation to grow within management consulting
- Ability to support strategic and operational client engagements
- Support in preparing business and technical concepts as well as implementation activities
- For Senior Consultant (2.5 – 5 years of experience)
- 2.5 – 5 years of relevant professional experience within consulting or the banking industry
- Proven experience in the Swiss financial services market
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to independently manage workstreams or subprojects
- Experience in stakeholder management and client interaction
- Ability to lead workshops and drive solution discussions
- Experience mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to team development
- Strong understanding of banking processes, transformation initiatives, and technology-driven change
Responsibilities
- Deliver management consulting services to our clients, supporting both strategic and operational initiatives
- Prepare business and technical concepts and contribute to implementation planning and execution
- Build strong client relationships and effectively manage key stakeholders
- Take ownership of specific subject areas within projects and drive content delivery
- Contribute to or lead project workstreams and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
