Maintains professional decorum at all times.What you will doAssist with formulary/protocol development and management related to specialty area(s) Participate in direct patient care clinics, providing actionable medication related changes/monitoring to providers. Provide pharmaceutical care appropriate to the patient age and medical condition. Recommend evidence-based care. Collect data regarding recommended interventions to assess overall impact. Provide general and patient specific drug information to patients, physicians, nurses and, and other health care professionals. Routinely interact with physicians, nurses, and other health care professionals to provide optimal pharmaceutical care to patients.
